TL;DR get to the point

Just moved into my bfs house. The bathroom is an issue. I’m a female, I got stuff on stuff on stuff. Just no room to put them. He’s got basically no counter space in there bathroom. I’ve already tried shelves under the sink but it’s a small space there. It didn’t really work out well. He organized his things, got rid of useless stuff. I just still have so much more than he does. I don’t want to just crowd his space.

Point is.
My question is does anyone have any solutions to minimize the clutter? Somehow to have things in its place without invading his? Like shelving ideas or something.
