Hi!
I'm finally wanting to upgrade my camera set up and I pulled the trigger on an Olympus OM-5 Mark II (2025 version) because I liked the small form factor, the reach of the lenses and the fact that I could afford more lenses than I could from Sony. However, now I'm second guessing myself and wondering if I should have stuck with Sony and gone for the a6700 instead? Help?!
I'm coming from a Sony a6000 that has served me well but is showing its age and I also have a Sony rx10aIV all in one that I've started taking on travel just for simplicity but it doesn't have the reach I need. I have a handful of sony emount lenses but nothing longer than 200 something mm.
I primarily shoot nature photography - landscapes, wildlife (coastal birds, etc) and astrophotography. I also shoot some generic street/travel photography when on vacation in addition to wildlife.
I would love input on what y'all think might be best! Thank you!
