got this mattress in 2024. love it. but messed it up right on day one. it is a king and didn’t *quite* fit up my stairs and being impatient, I forced it. it bent, and upon laying it out, the surface has always had this lump. it is sewn shut on the bottom, so I can’t get a look inside, but is there a way to flatten it? it compresses when laid upon, but it is kinda ugly and if you aren’t right on top of it, it feels uneven.
