Did they patch no dip? It’s inconsistent this whole morning it’s been 50/50 whether they give me no dip or not even when I’m holding LT the whole time ( i shoot 70% at the 3)

Hey it’s been 15 months since I hurt my back at work . I’ve been on light duty most of the time I never get 40 hours a week because some days my back pain causes me to leave early. I’ve had 1 steroid injection(helped for 5 days max) and the denied me the second shot(my jobs insurance) today my lawyer called me and said the job lawyer wants to talk about settling. I’m in no way any better in fact my back is way worse now and even my right leg gets weak at times. My lawyer wants me to talk to my doctor about MMI. I don’t know what to do. What are my options? Thanks for reading oh and I’m only 29 years old.
