Suddenly being ask for id verification, normal?
I m a Hong-kong user and was badged with trusted seller 2 weeks ago after completing my 4th sales order. Just sold a 925 silver men’s accessory and it’s on the way to vc hub. Received such message asking me to do id verification. Is it something necessary and normal? Odd to me as it should be done at account registration or before 1st payout…looking forward to advices, thanks all❤️
