I’m out of town at the beach for a work trip (but on my own). I cannot focus. I cannot sleep. So hypersexual and it’s all I can think of. I hate this. I have so much I have to do but I’m not. My mind won’t settle!

Maybe not the medically correct term, but I’m cycling up (energy, hyper-sexuality, etc) and down (tired, sad) each day. I’m doing changes to meds. I don’t think it’s just my mood but feels like the tugging of highs and lows.
