Curious if anyone else is, or has experienced this… and maybe has a solution:

I export to my gallery with these settings (shown in the screenshot). They view perfectly in my gallery, and upload perfect to instagram, YouTube, and TikTok… but when I upload to Facebook, it’s almost like the frames are cut down to 25%-50% and the entire video almost looks laggy. I tried to up the settings to 4k quality an 60fps, and it was the same thing.

I am uploading with the FB app. This happened a few times in the last couple months, and randomly it would stop, and start again. But it doesn’t seem like it wants to stop this time.

Any help would be so appreciated 🙏🏻
