I really like the semi viral fantasy cut for gemstones for a potential engagement ring, but I was wondering, does this cut cause any weak points in the gem? The company I’m seeing is The Fellowship Forge who sells just the gems which is what I want and they have some synthetic sapphires - is that a good place to buy from? And I guess a follow up is, are synthetic sapphires a solid stone for an engaging ring?
