How do I even prepare for sociology UG entrance exam?

I'm a wbchse (west Bengal board of un-education student (currently in 12th), will be giving my boards next year.

I want to do ba in sociology at JU but I can't find study materials. All I could find is some pyqs, no syllabus, no suggestions nothing.

Also I don't have sociology as my subject in school which makes everything more complicated.

Do I study NCERT, do I study wbchse books? I'm not sure. Also does anyone knows any other good materials (yt videos & books) for me to prepare for it.

Anyways, thanks in advance to anyone who helps.

For some context, I haven't played any games in fallout, DS, bioshock or metro franchise, all of the mentioned games would be my 1st game in the franchise.

I have played mafia 2 og & gta 5 out of those franchises.

I usually like to play 2 games a time so I have some variety. Like before I was playing both re9 & mafia 2 together.

I've finished mafia 2 couple of days ago and I'm on racoon city segment in re9. So I'm now looking into getting into another game but don't know which one to get into right now, so I'm asking suggest tions from you guys.

I'm gonna be turning 18 this July and I regret not learning any skills till now, I wasted my time procrastinating and fearing to lock in on any 1 skill till now because of saturation & AI automation.

Some skills I've looked into-

  1. Video editing - It's pretty saturated field plus I don't enjoy doing it honestly.

  2. Graphic designing - pretty much same case as video editing.

  3. Copywriting(and also other forms of writing)- as always, saturated field plus fear of AI automation.

  4. Marketing - I don't know where to start plus it plus most jobs/internships seens to require people with degrees, I want to start earning(or atleast be ready to start doing freelancing) by the end of this year.

Anyways, I know it may feel like I'm just complaining about stuff without actually doing anything (which I am doing rn) but I simply can't seem to lock in on anything. The whole situation around the world just makes me scared and demotivated.

I'm going through decision paralysis right now and have just given up on choosing something on my own, suggest me something to do and I'll lock in on it right now.

Ask me anything if you feel like it.

For example, in my pc(using the front 3.5mm jack without any external dac) 6% is like perfect for long term listening without fatigue, vocals are clear at 6% but instruments, bass and other details aren't very well pronounced.

At 10% they all feel very uplifted, I can hear all the details properly without any instant fatigue, though after half an hour or so I do get fatigue. The fatigue isn't my only concern, but also tinnitus, that has no cure(as far as I know).

I definitely don't want to damage my ears permanently just cause I listened to music at a bit "higher volume".

So in your opinion, what's the proper volume that one should be listening to music at?
