So I’ve applied with one company on April 8th and have had 3 rounds of interviews so far, most recent being on May 4th. The interview went great, it was in person with 4 sets of 2 people over 4 hours meeting department heads and HR. I feel great about the job, my resume, the interview, and my relationship with the hiring team.

They told me they’d get back to me and they haven’t, I sent an email on May 8th to test the waters and no response. I called today and was sent to voicemail and left a message. Checking online, the hiring process has been shown to be around 1 month and someone even mentioned 2 months. I viewed online that the position I applied for got reposted, but I haven’t received any firm yes or no from the hiring team. I have an offer available elsewhere and don’t want to burn that bridge waiting for an answer.

Is this normal for communication to fall off a cliff like this? Are they still evaluating their decision or should I just pursue another opportunity?
