I recently separated from active duty so this is just sitting in my TSP and I’m not sure if I roll it over or just leave it?

I’m going into the reserves so I’ll still have access to the account but since I’m collecting disability I don’t get paid from the reserves (they call that double dipping) so I can’t really put anything into it.

I’m considering taking it out and just rolling it into an IRA so that way I can have control over it but I don’t really know what other options I might have

I would just like to preface that there are ***A LOT*** of estimates here. I’m aware the market fluctuates, life happens and there will be unexpected expenses, and having a kid or two will make me and my wife reevaluate this plan. That being said I still wanted to have a general plan going into these next stages in life.

I’m 29 and my wife is 26 and we haven’t been the best about saving or really planning for our future but since I got out of the military and moved back home, we are buying our first home and really trying to focus on building a strong foundation for our finances and *hopefully* be able to retire early with a nice nest egg to live off of. This is what I’ve drawn up so far, I’m just looking to see if I’m wayyyy off the mark or if we stay focused we can actually achieve something like this? Thanks in advance. Financial Plan

Getting everything in order before we close on a house and I’m just trying to figure out how to pick between all these electric companies… I just don’t know if I’m supposed to be looking for any red flags on these fact sheets 😅

Using power to choose, I guessed around 1000kw give or take for 2 people in a 2,500sqft house

The wife and I are getting ready to close on a house and the sellers were big gardeners and they have this big island in the middle of the yard with a peach tree, a few Lantana plants and some other things I don’t know.

If I wanted to relocate everything here, would I be able to do it without killing any of it? I want to save them if I can but I would like to lay grass here in the middle and build out some garden beds around the perimeter

Located in Texas Gulf Coast. Got this quote from an insurance broker and I want to be sure it’s good. I don’t really know what some of these things mean.
