
Hi, can you help me make a morning/night routines with the posted product (I take suggestions if I have to remove/add something). Normally I've (29F) got normal to dry skin, didn't have any problem with acne during puberty and had occasional break-outs during the premenestrual phase that I managed with moisturizer and hydrocolloid patches.
I'm pregnant in the end of first trimester and have A LOT more pimples and redness on my face, and I don't know what am I doing wrong (usually in the morning I use cleansing + moisturizer + spf and at night cleansing + moisturizer). I've used retinoic acid and tretinoin in the past with good effect (but had to stop when started trying to conceive). I don't wear whole face make-up. Now I'm trying a different spf (been using Beauty of Joseon for ages, but I've read it's more safe to switch to mineral one). I've also used in the past niacinamide + zink but didn't see any difference with/without it so I stopped. Some of these products are brand new (impulsive buying).
So yeah - any advice would be appreciated. Thanks!
