Hi, sorry... frequent caller to thus channel it seems.

I have a question that I think is probably going to sound dumb. I really don't want to pay $300 a month for the 9 mg and 25 mg. The $150 for 1.5 and 4 already feels like a lot of money to me, but so far manageable.

With how quickly I feel like I acclimated to the 1.5 and need to advance to the 4 I worry that the same will happen to the 4 and I wil be forced into the 9 OR keep paying for less effective doses.

So my question is, can we trick our bodies into feeling like the 1.5 and/or 4 are as effective again by skipping an entire month and then essentially "starting over."

Or is this wild and shouldn't be attempted?

Edit: Thank you to everyone who took time to respond and help me see reason. I really appreciate it! This is why I am glad we have this subreddit and community to talk these things out. I don't have anyone IRL who is also doing the pill version, so this really helps.

Does anyone have any ideas or suggestions for how to squeeze more effectiveness out of the 1.5?

I ask because I have an entire bottle of 1.5 left to take before I start the 4 mg (due to a timing error in refilling and me being wishy washy on whether I wanted to increase). But I can tell the 1.5 isn't as effective as it once was.

I'd love to still have success in this coming month, but I'm not sure how to go about it. Is there anything I can do to sort of help the 1.5 go back to feeling as helpful as it once was?

Sorry, I know this is an odd question. I just gained 3 lbs recently after losing 15 and instead of hitting my first goal I ended up farther from it now and that scares me. I want to get back to that regular success. It doesn't even have to be losing loads of weight quickly, I'm fine with slow and steady like before...just not gaining.

Thank you!
