Layer Misalignment/Underextrusion?
I'm printing some sailor moon wands for my friends, and I keep getting this weird layer misalignment in similar places on each print. It looks the same on both sides, so I'm unsure if it's a misalignment, underextrusion, or something else. What could be causing this and how can I fix it?
Please note I have multiple prints in this post, the temperature, layer height, and speed settings are for the MIDDLE print. The right print was a test with different settings, but you can see the layer issue on that one, so I included images as well.
Printer Model
Bambulab P1s (Top and front door off)
Slicer used (e.g. Cura, Prusa, etc.)
Bambu Studio
Filament material and brand
Bambu Matte PLA
Nozzle and bed temperature
Nozzle (0.4mm): 220. Bed: 55
Print Speed
Outer wall and top surface: 200mm/s. Inner wall: 350mm/s. Acceleration for outer wall is 5000mm/s, top surface is 2000mm/s.
Retraction settings
Other notes:
I've tried printing the outer wall at slower speeds, but that just made all layer lines more visible.
I have also adjusted the layer height from 0.12 to 0.08. (The left print was 0.12, the middle is 0.08). All prints were printed with the top of the star towards the top of the printer.
This happens whether I print the model in two separate parts (the middle and left prints) or one full part (shown on the right).
Any suggestions would be appreciated for the specific issue or general suggestions on how to improve the quality of this print. I'm new to 3d printing, so thanks for the help and please let me know if I missed any important settings.
