So my landlord did not want me to put an antenna on the roof after renewing the roof. So i had to switch to Xfinity unfortunately.. Here is what happened in first 2 weeks.. Xfinity charged $100 for no reason saying one time fee.. ok, what is next ? This week Xfinity sent me messages saying that they will start enhancing network in my area.. and they started working on Monday morning which is when people need Internet most especially those who WFH.. the whole day spent with no internet.. ok, what is next? Today is second day and the outage is still going on .. my network isn’t enhanced yet as i see.. in the middle of meetings, i keep disconnecting.. this is horrible and not acceptable.. i am so regretful after 5 years for becoming an Xfinity customer.. i was so happy with Sail
