I’m finally going around to making my bone broth and I figured I would make my “healthy seven bean soup” that I got from a local roadside store…. But after doing research, I have to soak the bean beans overnight, which is fine. But it also says that if I soak lentils and barley for too long it’ll become mushy. Am I dumb or do I have to sit here and separate the beans so they all are nice and tender and not mushy?
Does anyone have a recipe that I could go off of?
I’ve never made this before so I don’t quite know what to do
Beans- green pea, pearl barley, green lentil, pinto bean, black bean, cranberry bean, white bean
