I’m in my first year of university and I’ve picked up the habit of studying again. To be honest, I never used to study in high school except for the difficult subjects, so I went years without truly studying. (I attended a technical high school, not a regular one, and it was much more demanding than a typical school in my country).
I don't watch any "scrolling dopaminic videos" so i dont fall in infinite scrolling, I dedicate my afternoons to studying, but I am way too slow at learning. To solve just four math problems involving fractions with binomials and equations, it takes me a long time, around an hour. I ve been trying to learn boolean algebra for months and I just can't get it, no matter how much I practice, I don't know if I might have ADHD or some form of mild autism that causes this mental lag.
