Looking for a manga

All i remember about is a female character that goes to school, is an artist, and has a really peculiar face similar to Karashi Nerimaya from akane banashi, with the mouth just being teeth.

Im trying to imagine the scale/amount of CE with water, as that makes it simple.

With the baseline being Mai Zen'in having a total CE reserve of 1 Full glass of water, as she has the lowest amount of CE out of all the sorcerers we know.

I think that this makes it more interesting to visualize how much CE characters have, instead of just saying "Sukuna has double the amount of CE compared to Yuta" which is kinda difficult to imagine for me, when i don't realy know how much CE is considered A LOT of CE.

And i could say that Hakari's rough CE trait is just carbonated water.
