I'm sick of people still saying the pacing still sucks. We have good direction now. And the actual animation quality has been borderline movie-like in every single episode so far and judging from previews it doesn't seem like it will back down. This is why we went seasonal guys. And not the mention the sound effects... guys we actually have a good sound production for once. The latest episode proves that the sound department at Toei knows what they are doing. Judging from how good the show is now I can't even imagine how good it will be when we get to later parts of the arc. And just imagine how good the end of the series will be with this level of quality. I'm getting chills just thinking about it.
