Hi, I’ve been diagnosed with Hashimotos around a year ago and haven’t taken any meds yet. TSH went from 45 to 2 to now 6 so I guess it’s time to start T4.

Any guidance on how to start peating for a beginner? And is it any different if I have presence of Ab antibodies?
