RMAed the 15ARP9, they sent it back after "fixing"

I made a mistake buying a Lenovo laptop. I trusted the brand name, have 2 Laptops and screens from them and work regularly on those. Well, worked. The 15ARP9 started making issues very early on. First the keyboard malfunctioned with some buttons. Than the SSD gave up on life. The fans started making clicking noises as if the bearing of the right fan was falling apart. I solved some of these issues myself by buying an external keyboard and a replacement SSD, because I need this one to work and pay my rent and couldn't afford an unpaid leave.

But than the bootlooping started and made it impossible to start up. I tried to reinstall windows, failed to do so, because it kept crashing, managed to do it anyways it started up, I was happy. Updated everything. Turned it off. Tried to turn it on again just to see that it had solved nothing. After a lot more tries and a fraction with a successful install I gave up on that method, because it was leading nowhere.

Used different RAMs on each of the available slots. Tried different SSDs, all without success. Apparently the Mainboard or some of its components (CPU/ GPU) gave up on life as well. So I called Lenovo, was given instructions to send it to some service center after describing each of the issues I was having and got it back pretty fast. They left a note on what they did: SSD got changed, Keyboard replaced.

The SSD wasn't the issue and the keyboard was clearly the one I sent them. I knew what was going to happen, but I wanted to believe and pressed the power button and I was greeted with the scene in the video, bootlooping trash.

They claimed they tested the product. How did they test anything with a system unable to start??? Did they luck their way in, didn't try to restart to see, if it still works even though I exactly described them the issues? Why claim the keyboard got changed, when it is clearly the same one?? I told them from the very begining that my daily bread and water depends on this thing. They could have insulted me directly to my face and I would be less disappointed! What happened to the malfunctioning fan? Why did they ignore that totally?

So I called them again and demanded an immediate resolution after them clearly never trying to solve any of the issues and clearly commited fraud claiming to change the keyboard. I asked them for a technician with a replacement product, to come and check themselves so they could come to the same conclusion. "We cannot send you a technician." they said, but apparently I can send them this thing back again. For what? For them to claim fixing it again? This thing isn't 2 years old and failed on so many different places.

I am done with Lenovo, this is my formal complaint, because apparently your service workers even decline complaints. If you look away the problems do not exist, I guess. I just purchased a new laptop. It's an ASUS. After years and many products from Lenovo, after many promotions I did for your company and it's reliable products, you showed me clearly, why I was wrong, wrong in believing, that I can rely on you as a company. From here on out this is the story I will be telling, when someone asks me, if they should be buying something from Lenovo.
