Mother's Day Ribeye (+ chicken thigh)
Grilled some ribeye and chicken thigh, used my own rub for both (it's an all purpose blend I make up each time). Turned out awesome, chicken was juicy and the steak hit just the right temp, fat perfectly rendered too.
