Chronic bloating years, I’ve ignored this for far too long

I (36M) have been dealing with worsening digestive issues over the past couple of years, mainly bloating and stomach discomfort (I’d describe it as a burning/“fiery” sensation at times).

I’m not the smartest guy when it come to medical stuff, and for a long time I chalked it up to drinking too much alcohol. About five months ago I stopped drinking completely. That did help with the burning pain, but the bloating has honestly only gotten worse since then.

Nowadays I get constant bloating that comes in waves. At times it’s so intense I can barely move comfortably.

I go to the bathroom quite often, but a lot of the time I’m just passing air. I usually get temporary relief afterward, but the bloating always returns.

I don’t often have diarrhea or constipation, its just crazy amounts of bloating.

Any ideas on the sort of solutions could I look into with my GP? Thank you.

I'm thinking about making a bid on this apartment: https://www.funda.nl/detail/koop/den-haag/appartement-leersumstraat-37/43322406/

My agent is saying I should overbid by 6 percent to have a chance of winning, but I'm baffled by the Woningstats.nl algorithm saying it is expected to sell for less: https://woningstats.nl/verwachte-verkoopprijs/s-gravenhage/2546te/leersumstraat-37

I want to trust my agent more then some AI, but I also get the feeling that he just wants me to win quickly to collect his cut. The actual bidding is so stressful, these two sources are giving me a €20.000 difference in their recommendation. I hate having to decide. 🫠

Went to a viewing with our agent. The people viewing the apartment before us know the agent and it turns out they are also his clients (idk why they were viewing the property without him).

He told us he will give us both the same advice... but I can't shake the feeling that this seems to be a less then ideal situation.

The ship is flying the stars and stripes from the stern and the flag on the foremast says “USA," so clear the artist was leaning into patriotism. But I'm wondering if the other flags are readable signals flags or just decorative additions the artist decided to run with.
