jg 36, and various accessories. I'm in the UK, and just never use it, so thinking of selling.

I'm a long legged 6'3ft guy, who's looking to get a classic (pre 1986) bike, after 20 years out of riding.

I'm in the UK, and have looked at cb550s and Suzuki katanas, but my legs are just too long for any long distance riding.

Is there anything like a Transalp or BMW tourers that would accommodate me yet be a classic? (no mot tax here in UK pre 86)

Or is it viable to modify bikes and raise the seat somehow?
