The reference for the name is the Album "Lulu" by Metallica and Lou Reed and the song "Blue" by Joni Mitchell's. And the user's name (my self insert name) comes from "Dizzy Gillespie" and the band "The Doors". It has 2 abilities, the first is Oxygen Manipulation/Oxygen regulation and the second is extra sensory perception, basically allowing the user to sense unnoticeable patterns, like smells, marks or things that have dimmed or disappeared, or even things like past and future actions.
