I booked direct with a LHW property in Malaga. During checkout I didn’t see any place to put my membership number but thought I would just call them afterwards and get it all straightened out. I called and they said my Sterling doesn’t apply when I book with them. Not sure if this is property specific or all.

I called LHW but they can’t see the reservation so they aren’t able to do anything.

I understand not getting certain status benefits when booking through Amex Travel or other portals.
I suppose I looked at LHW like Hilton/Marriott/IHG but different. Somewhere between them and a true 3rd party site.

Just thought I throw that out there so you all make sure you book through LHW to get your status benefits.
