Best spot to cut this Monstera with a thin base/thick top?

I want to chop and replant this because the base is way too thin for the top-heavy growth. It’s currently supported by a stake, but it’s getting hard to manage.
Where is the best place to cut this to maximize my chances of a successful replant? I have several long aerial roots reaching the soil already.
