Itchy spots
18F, 5'4, 60kg, non smoker, no medical issues.
I found this photo online that kind of looks like my spots as I'm not comfortable sharing them here.
Mine varies in size and are raised.
I had like 3 red spots on my chest that were itchy sometimes about 2 weeks ago I didn't pay much attention to it until spots started showing in even more places slowly which is now on my whole breasts, upper back, some on the neck and torso, a couple my upper thigh and pretty sure some on my scalp and today more have come in on my stomach and even found a couple on my arms. They've gotten itchier over time and I've been to the Gp 3 times now and they've said they're just hoping it's something short term that'll go away by itself or it might be hives due to stress (they've been in the same spot ever since I've gotten them and not went away how can it be hives?) and have given me a mild steroid to apply at night and told me to take antihistamines. I have also tried anti-fungal cream for a little before I switched to the steroid. None of this is helping and I'm not sure what to do I just feel helpless. I've washed my sheets and clothes clean just incase it's something to do with the detergent or bugs and nothing.
The most important thing is that it’s now been 2 weeks, they’re coming up in even more places, and not just coming and going they completely stay, they’re not responding to the things I’ve tried including antihistamines.
Might be of help to mention that before these spots, I developed a round spot (which is now the size of a coin) on my lower back which she said is probably something fungal and I've been applying anti-fungal cream for almost 2 weeks although I don't think it's getting better? Not sure but I did get it rechecked when I went in for my spots and she said to just keep applying the cream. I don't know if they're linked in any type of way but the gp said it's probably different things.
