Wondering if this would be a bad choice. It’s economy price but gets us a private row, but it’s next to toilets however not directly adjacent. Etihad 787-10.

But more so to people who’ve sat by toilets in general, is it worth it for neighbour free? Won’t be sleeping as it’s a daytime flight Bangkok - Abu Dhabi. Thanks. Most concerned about smell and people constantly queuing next to me.
