just installed a pioneer GM-D8701 amp using the included high level input to RCA connector, into a stock head unit holden commodore and amp/sub sound awesome;

but my rear speakers (some aftermarket pioneer ones that i got like 8 years ago) that were previously fine, are now sometimes getting a weird crackling/popping, i haven't been able to figure out if its both, or just one side yet, but i thought id come and ask and see if anyone has any ideas, i'm wondering if a bad solder job at the head unit output could have caused it? but then i would assume my sub would have the same issue, could the extra draw from the amp cause it?

Considering just to unplug the rear speakers as i dont ever really have rear passengers, and dont particularly notice when they're off, but ideally id fix this issue if anyone has a solution! anyway thanks for any help!
