Giant spider plant baby/flower

Is this sprout going to have multiple babies on it or is it just flowers? What’s the best way to go about taking them off and propagating and also why is it so large? I quite like the look of them with their babies still attached but this one seems to be growing past my windowsill so think I’ll need to get doing something to it when it’s grown a bit more

This is top cutting that had snapped of another Adansonii plant that I have. The two leaves it had when snapping (right and left leaf first picture) are starting to go yellow normally and I would say as expected. But the new growth has always been a bit strange. I had it propagating on my bathroom windowsill which is south facing and receives good amount of light and humidity. The first new leaf it had put out after snapping, I had helped unfurl a little. One side of it was was very light though whilst unfurling, almost white but I assumed it was maybe just because it hadn’t fully unfurled and hardened yet. It did get more green but stayed lighter than the rest of the leaf and then went brown a bit. It’s hidden in these photos I think though. The second leaf it put out (right leaf in third picture) was mostly ok but I noticed it had some faint yellowing too and looks a bit more visible now. The third leaf is still unfurling but some really big patches of lighter green/yellowing. I’m just not sure what’s going on with it. I had moved it to a different window where it gets similar light maybe a little less humidity after the second leaf unfurled and may have not been the most consistent with watering but I’ve never seen anything like this and I have a good few houseplants now which I’ve been caring for over the last year or two. It did also have a few fungus gnats but I sprinkled and watered the soil with a treatment which is why it looks so all over the place… I have used it many times in the past with all of my houseplants so I don’t think it was that either. Ive seen a lot of adansonii can get mosaic virus and I was thinking it may have been that but the mother plant is perfectly fine so I’m not sure what’s going on with this one… maybe some sort of other virus/fungal issue! Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated though
