What a good way to finish April and start May right!!
I can't believe it. I've never considered myself to be fast, I joined a run club a while ago when I first started running and I couldn't keep up, it was discouraging so I never did it again.
I'm wondering what I should target next? I run about 3-4x a week at easy paces. (Mostly distance runs) The furthest I've ever run is 16km once.
How hard is it to run a sub 25 5K? or should I work on my 10K. I'd appreciate any help, thanks.
