Found a pharmacy that actually had zenzedi available to order in. What should I expect tomorrow for my first day?

Hey everyone! My doctor has just switched me to this medication and after reviewing it and talking about it with her, I was excited to try it! I have known bad reactions to generics and cannot stand the constant month to month gamble with them so I currently do brand name. However, no pharmacy has been able to get it. I tried Walgreens and they ordered it but it never came in (2 weeks) so then I called cvs and they said they would order it and it would come in the next couple days. Fast forward to now, it’s been almost 2 weeks for CVS and they still can’t get it.

I’m kinda at a loss for what to do :( is anyone else having this issue?

My motivation to do ANYTHING is absolutely shot now. I’ve been on wilshire before and never experienced such a drastic hit to my mental health before. Idk how to cope rn. For reference, I am on 10mg 4x daily. These days I’ve been taking twice my dose just to get by and it still isn’t helping at all. Never had this issue on zenzedi but had to take Wilshire bc my pharmacy couldn’t fill brand. First few weeks on Wilshire was absolute hell. Extreme insomnia and horrible side effects during the day. Felt cracked out and chewed the inside of my cheeks bad. But after those few weeks I am now left feeling dull and numb with zero motivation and zero effect. I don’t understand why the first few weeks on generic seemed a bit much, and now it’s like it’s not even working at all? Not even doubling my dose has any effect weirdly. I am so confused. I am now at a point where I just want to give up which is dangerous for me because once I hit that low, it takes MONTHS to a YEAR to recover from a bad month or two…

I've only had Wilshire since I started dextroamphetamine and based on the horror stories from people taking Adderall's malinkrodt I'm a little terrified to take it. Any insight on side effects/effectiveness?

Took my regular dose of 20mg Zenzedi today and immediately fell asleep afterwards. Felt zero effect. What is going on with the quality/consistency of these meds????

I was under the impression that wilshire 10mg was gonna be better than my last refill (sun pharm). I was reading some people’s posts about wilshire being basically the same as brand but I have not had that effect specially this month. Is winder where it’s at and what actual mg? I’m currently on 40mg dex spansule all at once in the morning and the a 10mg dose (IR) in the evening but the 10mg has not done ANYTHING for me again 10mg (wilshire). Any advise?

I'm having issues with Wilshire being inconsistent -- is brand Zenzedi still working the same for you guys (for scripts picked up within the last month)?

Reason being is because of the duration regardless of 15 - 30mg, 3hr is when my watch timer is consistent between doses when I check due to either idleness; activity; or in bed the worst possible in bed 30mg 2hr in and still having sleep inertia feeling that ADHD commonly has in mornings regardless of 8hr rest.

The longer duration being slowly released apparently after the initial instant release is different than Adderall XR instant release than delayed instant release 3-4hr later.

Treating my sleep apnea with cpap so hoping a silver lining in this scenario and Desoxyn haven’t started yet, seeing provider in a week or so

So I just switched from dextroamphetamine extended release to instant release. I take 20mg twice a day. I got my script filled with Winder Labs as the manufacturer. This is an excellent manufacturer in my opinion. It works great and I can feel it for once. Has anybody used Winder Labs before? ChatGBT says it’s one of the better manufacturers as well. Hey all so I secured a zenzedi 5 mg. I’m just wondering what I should expect today and how it will compare to Adderall, and vyvanse. XR stims seem to be too variable and hard to control the sweet spot window so I’m giving IR a try.

Any advice?
