This is shino (4noki). I'm a yuri visual novel developer you might know from games like Who is the Red Queen? or The Final Prize is Soup.

A couple of months ago, I shared the release of our historical yuri visual novel Olga Doesn't Die here on r/yurivisualnovels. At that time, some folks asked if the game would have a Steam release.

Hi there, visual novel fans! The main visual for my free indie game, Captured by the Wedding Veil~禁断の首輪~, has just been revealed. This is my second visual novel.

It is a romantic dystopian drama about a girl who lives in a world very much adjacent to classic Omegaverse dynamics, where everyone is divided into two groups, regardless of sex or gender: "brides" (those who go into heat) or "grooms" (those who go into rut). At the age of 18, one "bride" and "groom" are paired together to form a "family", and they have a year to live together, marry, mate, and produce offspring, or they are killed.

As this is an otome/yuri game, there will be 1 het route and 2 yuri routes. The game is rated 17+ (due to implied sexual content and violence), and is intended to be fully voiced by industry veteran voice actors. For PC only, in English. The crowdfund is ongoing!

I've mentioned Heart of the Woods a few times to other fans of yuri, and frequently, even people who have played it and enjoyed it did not know about the existence of I Told You So, the free short 40-or-so minute fully voiced follow-up game! It only has 48 reviews on Steam, so it's pretty unknown for a Studio Élan title, I'd say.

ITYS is VERY cute, has original art and remixes of the HotW tracks, and it's just really fun seeing these characters again and in a happier context.

Obviously, as a follow-up, it has some spoilers for the main game, do be mindful of that. If you enjoyed Heart of the Woods, you'll enjoy this. Highly recommend!

Hello everyone, this is ebi! I made a post about this project here last week (sorry about posting here so much haha), but I thought I would make another post to let everybody know that this VN is now finished! You can find it on Steam here and Itchio here!

Café of Roses is a spinoff of my gothic yuri visual novel with vampires, Cage of Roses. The story is more lowkey this time, with lower stakes, and it features my vampire heroine from Cage as a cute maid. What's not to love???

The story casts Meike as a shy librarian living in the German city Augsburg with her two cats, who has a chance encounter with Magdalena when visiting her favourite café. Magdalena catches her eye, and Meike wonders why she feels so drawn to her. She also has some interesting dreams about Magdalena sucking her blood for perfectly platonic reasons I'm sure haha

I think this project turned out pretty cute, and it has a nice, cosy vibe. I'm also a big fan of the artist, Che (I've wanted to make a VN with their art for like 10 years haha), so I'm especially fond of this story.
