Roommate Wanted — Astoria 2B1B Luxury Apartment / Open to Apartment Hunt

Hey everyone — I found a really solid 2 bed / 1 bath at Nova Astoria (Hallets Cove / near Astoria Park) and I’m looking for one roommate to sign a lease together. The total rent is $3,471/month net effective (~$1,735 each) on a 14-month lease (listed at $4,050 with 2 months free). The unit has in-unit washer/dryer, dishwasher, central air, hardwood floors, great natural light, and city/water views. Building amenities include a gym, rooftop deck, courtyard, package room, garage parking, bike storage, doorman, and elevator. The area has a quieter waterfront vibe but still easy access to the N/W/F trains, ferry, and Astoria’s main spots. I’m 21M, clean, organized, easy to live with, and pretty social (gym, sports, going out) but respectful of space. Looking for someone responsible, clean, and chill to apartment hunt and sign with. This is my top option right now, but I’m also open to checking out other apartments in Astoria/Queens if there’s a better fit. Looking to move in mid May— DM me if interested.

To the lady driving the SUV that side-swiped me and my scooter at 61st Street, between Northern and 34th Ave

Thank you for stopping and at least checking on me. I could have been nicer, but I was a little shaken up. I'm normally cautious, and you pulled over too quickly for me to avoid your SUV.

I did go back looking for you, but you were gone by then.

But please check your blind spots and side mirrors before pulling over. Thank god you didn't crush me between a parked car.
