Does more layers affect widget latency?
Hi!
I have a lockscreen widget with the analog seconds counter layer added multiple times in the same widget. I notice it consistently lies a few seconds behind the real clock. Can this be because I have more than one seconds counter in the same widget and overall quite a few layers (12 in total)? Or is it the widget thats slow to update, or maybe the analog seconds layer is not quite perfectly tuned but every few minutes updates from the app setting it to the correct time? When using the live time 24H layer with digital seconds I don’t t encounter this problem.

Manual Counting Progress Bar?
I’m sure this is possible somehow, but haven’t messed around with widgy much, especially not with interactive features.
My goal is to create a progress bar with say ~8 sections which can each be represented by a unicode square or something, and then a “+” and “-“ button that simply adds or subtracts a section on the progress bar.
Possible? Tips? Existing widgets I could adapt from? (Didn’t see much beyond automatically updating bars from an outside data set)
