Statue of Limitations in Indiana

Statute of Limitations in Indiana (title correction)

Protect Indiana Children and Their Voices

My predator lives in Battle Ground / Brookston, IN. He has a well maintained lawn, inviting landscape, and conveniently… a pool. He seems trustworthy because he was in a public service position, he was a coach, and a father.

I know where the criminal lives, I know what he did to me and more, yet I can’t say anything because the CURRENT LAW PROTECTS HIM, not me.

The grooming followed by shame and fear caused me to stay silent for 25 years. When I realized my silence was ONLY protecting HIM… I went to the Indiana State Police and gave my statement.

To any of you that have been through this and think that your time has run out… it hasn’t!! Please share, share, SHARE and SHARE this so we all can come forward! Let’s stop protecting the predators!!

Senate Bill 143 was introduced in 2026 and needs to be reintroduced and supported through public pressure. Lawmakers respond when they hear from constituents.

Indiana residents—your voice matters.

Now is the time to act.

📞 Call your state senators

✉️ Send letters and emails

📣 Ask them to reintroduce SB 143 and support removing the statute of limitations for child rape cases

Share on all social media platforms.

This is about accountability and protecting children from predators who should not be allowed to evade justice due to time limits.

Your call. Your voice. Your impact.

Please contact your senators today and urge them to bring SB 143 back for consideration and support it fully.

This was just posted from the city council meeting less than twenty minutes ago We have nazism being practiced inside the Lafayette police department and I’m wondering how far up the ladder does it go? Is the state’s attorney office involved or maybe even other departments. Something has to be done!!!!!!

My grandfather, around 1926-28; slight color added but other is original BW for contrast.

My grandfather and unknown others, West Lafayette, Indiana. Born in 1918 so I think he is about 8-10 or so in this photo (third right with glasses). We believe he walked to school to the building that is now in Cason Park, also West Lafayette.

Any additional input regarding restrictions on Chinese admissions?

It seems like the issue was hotly discussed and then simply dropped. I thought the other shoe would drop eventually and more or less clear things up but it mostly seemed like it was swept under the rug?

I am looking for some side work to supplement my disability. I don’t need a lot just $100 to $200 a week would help. I don’t want a hand out. If anyone knows somewhere or someone needing help please let me know. I have done several types of work from labor to office work. Even if it’s just helping someone carry in groceries or something for a few bucks I would appreciate it.
