I got tired of paying for 3 different fitness apps, so I built an all-in-one AI tracker. Would love your feedback.

I’m a solo dev who got super frustrated jumping between MyFitnessPal for food and other apps for logging my workouts and runs, so I built FitSense AI.

It's essentially an all-in-one Fitness tracker. The main goal was to put your workout logging, run tracking, and daily nutrition/food logging natively into one single dashboard. It also features an AI Coach that helps personalize your plans, and there are some advanced tools in there like dynamic rescheduling if you happen to miss a day.

I just pushed my major production update and I'm really trying to get those initial users. I'd love for you guys to give it a try. If you find it actually helpful, leaving an honest rating on the Play Store would seriously mean the world to me and help out the algorithm!

Issues filtering HGH?

Alright, Reddit Docs. Any concerns with filtering HGH? I read that it's larger and more fragile. I've watched the peptide critic and other videos, so I'm definitely comfortable filtering, but HGH appears to be a fragile, larger protein.

Definitely going to filter due to all the endotoxin concerns.

I created a peptide reconstitution calculator

Do any of yall use peptides?

I created a peptide reconstitution calculator at https://aminoprices.com/calculator

Tried to make it visually appealing and simple as I can. There is an option for single peptide and multiple peptides (blends)

Shows you how much to inject based on the parameters you set. Tells you how many doses/injections you have in a vial, how many days it lasts. Allows for every day dosing, multiple times per day dosing or weekly dosing.

Would appreciate feedback

how to lose fat

I am a 5'7 woman and I want to lose 30 pounds. I did an inbody scan and my bmr is 5991 kJ which is about 1430 calories. How many calories should I eat in a day to be able to see progress. 1500? I also lift 5-6 days a week and I do a rotation of workouts that target my whole body. I don't do much cardio but I'm also a full time student with not much spare time so I'd rather be able to lift than do cardio in the time that I do have. I also really struggle with chocolate cravings on my period and usually need a couple fun size chocolates a day to feel satisfied therefore my progress is being lost every time I get my period for that week. Last but not least I also have pretty broad shoulders but back and bicep day is my favorite day in the gym. What can I do to ensure that my shoulders don't look broader and that I still see progress over time. Please give me advice so that I can feel and see a difference and that I can stay very consistent until I hit my goal.

2 weeks post opp finger replantation

Anyone have to have their finger reattached? Does this look normal for a 2 week post opp. Before anyone says anything we see the Dr. on Monday. My mommy brain is worried. A little back story my child had an accident in weight lifting with 145 weight bar that resulted in his finger being ripped off.
