hey everyone this is my first real indoor run and I genuinely thought I was going to lose the whole thing. week 3 hit and the tips on all my new leaves started turning yellow and crispy even though my nutes looked perfect. I kept changing things and making it worse until I realized the light was just too close. moved it up 6 inches, backed off the intensity for a couple days, and the new growth finally came in solid green. feels stupid now but I wish someone had told me this sooner. what’s one mistake that almost ended your first grow?
so this is the second run that this happens exactly the same at around week 4 of flowering. everything was fine before hand but now I get these issues. ive had tones of other runs and not ran into problems this bad. I'm feeding jacks part A and B with added silica every other watering. I do a feed feed water schedule in promix HP. PH is usually between 6 and 6.1 .
any suggestions on what's going on and how to remedy it??
The larger one you see I planted about a week ago 8days and the smaller one, I didn’t even know was there but I realized 3 days ago when it sprouted that I had another seedling in there😂
Just wondering, what’s my best bet? When should I transplant them into a new pot?
And when I do, do I put them in separate pots? If I do, how do I go about doing that? This is my first grow and I know it’s not good to have them competing for nutrients n stuff, I plan on getting another light so that’s less of an issues
Also is the little one stretching or is that normal?
what does so much of frost mean for my buds
First run documenting everything from seed to harvest.
Currently at day 23 of flower with Frosted Guava and Banana Gorilla. The plants are starting to frost up nicely and the buds are developing really well.
This run is in a small home setup, and the goal is to experiment with different methods to see how much quality and yield we can push out of a small grow.
I’m really interested in improving every run, testing techniques, and learning more about the plant along the way.
If anyone has tips, feedback or things you would do differently, I’d love to hear it.
If people are interested, I can also post weekly updates of this run as the flowers develop.
Doing this grow with Gaia green organic living soil and couple other Gaia green products just had a quick question because my girl accidentally watered these plants without checking the Ph levels and it defenitly left a mark and made pre existing leaves droopy I had to cut some off of one plant( the skinner/taller one) this happened day 25 just wondering if the leaves stay droopy or am I doing anything wrong also why are the leaves twisting is it genetics or light problems my light is 2 1/2 feet away from soil on a 480 watt at 60% I water the girls every 3 days so I’ll be watering them tonight(Tuesday)at a ph level of 6.4 to 6.5ish and water them again (Thursday) they take about 2 cups of water each….the strain is (SQUARE ONE GENETICS- OCEAN ROSA)
