Experiencing symptoms and noticed a spot

For a few months I've been experiencing itching that I've chalked up to be yeast infection or something. Well, abt 3 weeks ago when I was in the shower washing i felt a sharp pain when I touched a certain spot. I've noticed it gradually getting worse with a knot under in the skin. I've now noticed an actual spot i can see. Im going to put a pic in the comments to see if this looks like what anyone else has experienced. I plan to call gyno in the morning to see how soon I can get in.

36 year old with aggressive vulvar cancer seeking recommendations and support

Hi everyone, I’m writing on behalf of my sister. She is 36 and has been undergoing treatment for vulvar cancer over the last two years. Started with partial vulvectomy and lymph node removal surgery. Then a round of chemo and radiation, another chemo, and now another chemo.

Today they essentially told her the treatment isn’t working and it’s too aggressive. What else can we do? I refuse to accept that’s it. She’s young and it feels like we caught it early so this shouldn’t be happening. We have been talking to MD Anderson for a while but are going out for an in person visit this month. Really hoping they have some new ideas.

We are open to anything and I would greatly appreciate any ideas or suggestions.
