Us goons have made the shop that destroyed bully vinyls go from a 4.8 to a 2.7 🚨🚨🔥🔥🙏🙏
50% off haul
Local shop has been running a 50% off for a minute now, apparently lasting another 2 months which I wish I didn't know. Drove by today and saw it was still going on so I had to stop and look.
I'm officially running out of space in my stand. Gonna have to invest in some extra storage soon.
Got ultra rare slowed version of Elizabeth Taylor RSD 2k26 🦄
How much can I sell this for?
🚨 New Grail Alert! 🚨
Another fine addition to my collection. I had no excuse, I need to frame it up on the wall (not like that other fella with his Fleetwood Mac.) Anyone got suggestions? Sorry no feet pics 🫣
I’m actually stunned by how beautiful this pressing is 🍾
they said it got lost in the mail but it arrived yesterday, talk about a cherry in top of record store day 💁🏼♀️
I don’t think there will ever be a better liquid variant than this, and I thought the 1975’s BFIAFL would never be dethroned.
Finally finished the dream table!
This is the first weekend I’ve gotten to truly enjoy what is effectively my dream turntable so I figured I’d share it with you guys!
Everything was based around the VAS Denon 103 (Microridge stylus, ebony wood body).
The vintage direct drive sound is my absolute favorite and the DP3000 balanaces drive/authority perfectly. It also looks rad as hell.
The Dynavector DV-550 is objectively the coolest tonearm in the world to me and has excellent synergy with the low compliance Denon 103 and allows the microridge to shine. Waiting for it to come back from a functionally necessary rewire was god awful.
The giant layered plywood plinth is 78% because it looks cool and 22% because I sonically have preferred higher mass designs that are extremely rigid.
I run it balanced into a Phasemation T550 SUT then to a Schiit Skoll.
I love how it looks and it also sounds really really really good.
RSD 2026 Haul!!!
RSD was a hit & success! I got everything that I wanted on my list🥳
Can storing cymbals this way warp them??

TLOAS Singles Together
It’s so nice to see all the girls together 🥰
Why I skipped RSD (Record Store Day for you normies) this year!
I skipped RSD (corporate shills!) and went to my local mom and pop, where I stood in the corner and farted in my hand and smelled it for 4 hours. I didn't buy anything though, because their prices are outrageous.
Caramel RSD Question
Has anyone successfully found the fill hole to this record?? I've read from multiple places that it should be stored with the hole facing 12 o'clock and to give it a spin every few days so the liquid doesn't solidify. I have no problem giving it a spin, but my issue is trying to find the fill hole??
Whichever pressing plant made this record did a good job at hiding it, and I'm not sure if mine is unique or not but my center labels are both lined up perfectly, with both titles being centered and parallel to each other, so l'm assuming that if other copies are like that too, then the hole should be aligned with the titles of the tracks underneath the label? I really don't know so any insight would help!!
I found this weird mirror record that only plays awful scratch sounds.
Ultra Rare Signed Elvis Record
Saw this whilst scrolling on Vinted seems the legendary Gordon has signed this record WOW
Waited 5 hours for my grail on Record store day!
Finally picked up my grail vinyl! Igor by Tyler the creator! My store only got one copy and I never seen it anywhere! The store opened at 8 so I got there at 3 and was 50th in line but was worth it.
ive got a question to playing vinyl discs with needles
i am building a homemade record player with mechanical parts (or gramophone) and am using a very sharpened sewing needle.
i read that it will scratch the record, but i dont hear any srcatching from it.
and if it scratches, is it like, widening the groves type of scratching?
does it only scratch when you use the needle as a toothpick on the record like this?:
\
. \---->
__\____
or doesnt it scratch when it goes like this?:
. . . /
. . /---->
_/____
edit: the slanted lines are the needles:
. . . /
. . / <---- needle

Snagged this obscure Record Store Day release for $250. If it’s not the ambient sounds I’m looking for I can always resell it for $500. I was told this one is pretty rare.
Our RSD was a little different than most
She said yes after recovering from the initial shock.
