I’m 5’10, 220lbs male that fit in mens size 10 width 2e shoes and I’m wondering what would be the most optimal shoe for me. i need good traction and comfort. I typically play libero and do lots of lateral movement and need to be quick on my feet. any suggestions ?

Which of them have better cushioning?

What sizes fit best (TTS/bigger)?
