I'm going to USJ next week and really want to buy this beige Yoshi hat with a magnetic detachable plushie.

I asked my friend who just went last week and she said she saw people wearing it around but didn't see it sold anywhere.

So I was just wondering if anyone has seen where this is sold? I know it's probably still sold judging by the fact that many people were wearing it, but just wanted to make sure. Really don't want to miss out!

Hello, I bought Express 8 through USJ itself and they sent me a schedule for six of my rides. The two choice rides (Flying Dino or Minion Mayhem; JAWS or Hollywood Dream) did not have a time range for me to attend. Does that mean that for these last two rides, I can go at any time?

Hello, I’m currently planning a trip for USJ, and I wanted to see the availability for rides (when we went last time, Harry Potter and the Forbidden Journey was under maintenance), but I can’t seem to access the USJ website for some reason. I’ve attached a screenshot of what I see when I go to the website. I actually tried to access the USJ website last year but it still didn’t work back then. Does anyone know if there is an alternative website or a better way to know the ride availabilities? If not, does anyone know if any rides will be unavailable late 2026 (since that’s when I’m planning to go)?

We bought 3 people timed entry to Mario World, but on the day we visited, the DK ride was out of service all day, so they scrapped all timed entry requirements for the entire day.

Staff at the park said to talk to Klook where we bought the pass for a refund, but Klook says no refunds. Which is it?

Last week (28th of April) my son and me rode Space Fantasy. Before the 'big finale', our cars came to a halt. After 5 minutes or so, the music stopped and something was announced over the speaker which we couldn't understand. Another 10 minutes the lights turned on, revealing what the hall looks like. We could see all the technical stuff, which was interesting.

At that point, we could see people in safety rigs and hardhats walking around, and an automated English announcement requested us to stay seated and that "the mechanics have concluded that the experience could no longer resume".

30 minutes have passed in total at that point, and the safety staff came to manually unlock the safety bars and escort us to the nearest emergency exit. Everything was done super professionally and they were obviously following every protocol. They guided us on where and how to hold on to the hand rail.

Outside, several staff members were waiting for us, apologizing profoundly. We both got a single express pass for 1 ride of our choice as compensation. We spent it on riding the Hollywood coaster, which allowed us to skip a 90 min queue... so for being stuck for 30 minutes, it was a net win, and a cool story/experience to tell! Space Fantasy went out of service for the next three hours, and we rode it again, in full, once it was open again.

VIP pack worth it?

Hi!

My wife and I are planning to go on may 2027 to japan, and on may 11-12 (tuesday or wednesday) we're going to USJ. I was surfing through the endless list of Express Pass that they offer, and ended with the VIP Tour. It's a bit more expensive, but, if I did understand, you have a guided tour on Super Nintendo and a ride to the atracctions with no queues, and afeter that, 4 single express pass for any other attraction, is that correct? If so, It may be what I'm looking for

Is it worth it in may after golden week?

Thanks a lot!

Planned ride maintenance/Jurassic Park: The Ride

My boyfriend and I are traveling from the West Coast to Japan this July, and we're going to USJ on July 7 (our last day in Osaka). We were really looking forward to riding Jurassic Park: The Ride since it's based on my boyfriend's all-time favorite movie, and our closest theme park in LA has been rethemed to the later sequels, which he doesn't like as much.

When looking to buy tickets, I saw that Jurassic Park would be closed for planned maintenance - until July freaking 7th. 🤦‍♀️

I've already researched adjusting our trip, and sadly, it would be such a logistical and financial nightmare that it's just not worth it to explore as an option.

I'm wondering if there is any chance at all that the planned maintenance would end ON July 7 so we could have a chance of riding. I'm also a bit confused as to why a water ride would go under maintenance in the summer. Thank you all!
