I love my Anthuriums but have struggled for years battling fungal and bacterial infections, and have tried EVERYTHING. I just so happened to be at Home Depot when they were selling their Crystallinums in big vases of water- and I bought one. Lo and behold, it has flourished and nearly tripled in size- with no fungal issues. So I bought a couple of propagation vases on Amazon, and took my most troubled plants, rinsed all the dirt off (which takes forever) and put them in the vases in a mixture of distilled water, and dilute amounts of water plant fertilizer, mycorrhizal fungi tea, and a few drops of hydrogen peroxide. I then took some wet sphagnum moss and filled in the gaps in the top of the cork lid. And the results have been AMAZING!!! The roots have grown exponentially and I am getting a new leaf nearly every week!!! I change the water weekly and when I do, I mist them Arber Bio Fungicide- and the fungal infections have cleared up and new growth has no signs of diseases. I love taking care of them this way- they reward me with big, green, white veined leaves. Such a joy to wake up to!!!
