Please help. I bought sneakers Raf Simons and after receiving it immediately reported fake, as the authentication number on the insole was different than it was on the reliable websites like Farfetch and others. Vinted approved my return and I sent it back. I was naive and did not take a photo when sent by post, but had all other photos of fake sneakers.
Then seller reported that the item was received not as described without providing any evidence. After numerous emails to support today money was released to seller with the message that return was delivered. Although it was me who sent the sneakers back and complained.
I do think that my complains were dealth by AI bots not even looked by a human. So gutted. £217 was handed to scammer so easily and without any explanation and fair process.
