My ex gf got a marriage proposal

We’re both 18f. While I’m doing alevels rn shes doing part time education due to her health. Few weeks back, we decided to meet up in town and hang out. We haven’t done this in a while so we met up as early as we could. We’ve been tgt for nearly 2 yrs but broke up last yr because we couldn’t really connect as friends and the relationship was becoming sour. Staying as friends has been really good so far and our friend group doesn’t feel a weird vibe from us. We met up and before we got to the first store she just blurted out on the escalators she got a marriage proposal. I looked at her blankly and asked her to repeat what she said. She then was saying how the guy was 18, from London and was a family childhood friend of hers. They asked for her hand literally after my birthday in Feb and she didn’t know how to tell me until two months later. I told her we broke up and what relationship she wants is all up to her, but idk how to genuinely feel about it. Like I understood we’ve been broken up for less than a yr but I’m not worried about her cuz shes my kitten and papa needs to protect her lol. It’s just I don’t see why she should follow along; her dad pushed this on her; shes not attracted to the guy; he’s planning on doing a policing apprenticeship and she doesn’t wanna marry a police officer; we are all 18 years old and imo way too young to be married; and worst of all, she’d have to move to London where we couldn’t see each other for long periods of time. She told me out of respect to me but me and my friends are more concerned that she might be coerced. How do I show genuine support for her or do I tell her not to go through with it? Cuz in the end, we’ve broken up and her family thinks we were just really good friends and nothing more.
