This is my Indonesian bts named Brat and I’ve had her for about a month now. I’ve noticed that I’ve had to clean his eye one time because it was bubbly but that was once and it hasn’t been reoccurring. Sometimes I’ll catch him slowly closing his eyes but I can’t tell if that’s her just sleeping or if she’s in pain. She sometimes has her mouth slightly open when just resting but won’t have her head up. I also hear a clicking or slight wheeze when I go in to check on her.
When I first got the enclosure I was struggling with humidity being in the 40s but now I cover up some of the venting on the top to keep in humidity. I’m at 55 on very low end but usually around 70 for most of the day and with it something flexing around 80-95% and drops at night. Enclosure gets misted with mistking 3 times a day from 2 minutes each. Is that too much? I’m super worried and am asking for advice on what I should do or how to tell if this is an RI or me just being a new scared lizard parent making sure everything is good.
*if anyone else notices something about her healthwise that I should be concerned about please let me know so I can make changes to her enclosure.
