Bosch appliances poor quality and service
We recently bought built in freezer from Bosch. It cost over $9000.00. The freezer came with a dent in it. Bosch refuses to fix or replace the freezer because the dent doesn’t affect the freezers performance. Bosch offered us a $100 for our inconvenience. Who wants a damaged fridge for their new kitchen renovation? After calling customer service, we asked for a manager to call us and they never did! I am not a person who posts but I have bought products from Subzero, Wolf, Fridgeaire, and LG and had much better quality and customer service. Bosch’s quality is not luxury! Our fridge also came with the gaskets not working to close the door and the fridge seal no installed properly. We are still waiting for this too be fixed as well. Buying Bosch was my worse mistake when it came to our home renovation. Miele or any other company would have been a better choice.
