Hey everyone! I just applied for a Brand Ambassador (Sales Associate) position at American Eagle Outfitters. I had a few questions for anyone who works there or has been through the process:

1. How do I make sure they call me for an interview? What should I wear to the interview? Do I show up in AE clothes or just dress smart casual?

2. What's a typical day like on the floor as a sales associate? What are they actually expecting you to do?

3. Any tips on what they look for in the interview? Is it more about personality or do they ask specific retail questions?

4. How are the managers generally? Is it a good environment to work in?
