Hey everyone — I’ve been building a fitness app called FitScan for the past several months and I’m finally at the point where I need real people to test it.
The idea is simple: you open the app, point your camera at any piece of gym equipment, and it tells you what to do with it. It uses AI to recognize the equipment and builds you a personalized workout on the spot. Whether you’re at a full gym or just have a pair of dumbbells collecting dust at home, it works with whatever you’ve got.
I’m especially looking for people who have random equipment at home and don’t really know how to use it, and older adults who want to get into fitness but don’t know where to start. But honestly anyone with an Android phone and any kind of equipment is welcome.
It’s a 14 day test. You install it through Google Play, use it during a few real workouts, and fill out a short survey at the end. That’s it.
